§ 90.030 ANIMALS TO BE IMPOUNDED.

   An animal within the purview of the categories described below may be taken up by the Animal Control Officer or other law enforcement officer and impounded at the County Animal Shelter:

   (A)   Any animal observed at large;

   (B)   Any stray or lost animal;

   (C)   Any animal which is a “public nuisance”;

   (D)   Any animal involved in an animal bite or other exposure; and/or

   (E)   A dog or cat over the age of four months which has not been vaccinated against rabies pursuant to § 90.015 of this chapter.
