(A) No unauthorized person shall uncover, make any connections with or opening into, use, alter or disturb any public sewer or appurtenance thereof without first obtaining written approval from the Director. All costs and expenses incidental to the installation and connection to a sewer main shall be borne by the owner.
(B) All sewer connections must comply with the State Building Code, Volume II, Plumbing. Plumbing shall be done by a licensed plumber.
