12.10.040 Conflicting provisions superseded.
The provisions of this Chapter shall govern and supersede any conflicting provisions of the La Mirada Municipal Code, including those set forth in Chapter 21.46, with respect to the permitting and regulation of small wireless facilities within the City, including small wireless facilities in City rights of way. (Ord. 716 § 1 (part), 2021)
