9.132.010 Vacant or abandoned commercial properties and storefronts.
   For purposes of this section, a property or storefront shall be defined as vacant or abandoned if it is:
   (a)   Unoccupied and unsecured; or
   (b)   Unoccupied and secured by boarding or other similar means; or
   (c)   Unoccupied and has multiple structural or property maintenance related municipal code violations; or
   (d)   Unoccupied for over thirty consecutive days.
   For the purpose of this section, a commercial property or storefront shall be any area within a building that may be separately owned, or individually leased or rented for any purpose other than for a residential use listed in Section 21.18.020 of this code.
