21.38.010 Purpose and applicability.
   The purpose of the special housing overlay (SHO) district is to provide additional opportunities for new housing in specific areas of the city where such development may be accommodated. This new higher density residential will assist the city in meeting its regional housing need. (Ord. 661 § 7 (part), 2012).
