21.37.010 District purpose .

   The purposes of the mixed use overlay district include the following:

   (a)   To implement the policies of the core area plan; and

   (b)   To provide for an increased variety and intermixture of residential and commercial activities. (Ord. 661 § 6 (part), 2012).
