20.16.100 Minimum industrial and commercial requirements   
   (a)   Curbs and gutters shall be required in all commercial and industrial subdivisions in accordance with Standard Detail No. A-1 and A-2.
   (b)   Commercial type sidewalk with tree wells shall be required in all commercial subdivisions in accordance with Standard Detail No. A-2.
   (c)   Streets shall be required in all commercial subdivisions in accordance with Standard Detail No. A-3.
