20.16.090 Minimum residential requirements.
   (a)   Curbs, gutters and sidewalks shall be required in all residential subdivisions in accordance with Standard Detail No. A-1 and A-2.
   (b)   Minor and collector streets shall be required in all residential subdivisions in accordance with Standard Detail No. A-4.
