20.08.570 Specifications.
"Specifications" mean specifications and supplemental design standards for subdivisions, sanitary sewers, storm drains, streets, and highways in the city. These are specifications adopted by the city council prescribing the materials and workmanship to be used in the construction of improvements made pursuant to this title.
