16.12.120 Term of permit-Transferability.
A fireworks permit issued pursuant to this chapter shall be valid only within the calendar year in which issued. Only one permit shall be issued to any applicant except for La Mirada High School organizations, and the permit shall be valid only for the premises or location for which issued. No permit shall be renewable or transferable or assignable either directly or indirectly.
