16.12.030 Dangerous fireworks defined.
Every fireworks article or item which does not bear the “safe and sane” classification label of the state fire marshal or that is defined by the California Health and Safety Code, Title 19, Chapter 6 of the California Code of Regulations, or any successor provision thereto, as a "dangerous firework" shall be considered to be dangerous fireworks.
