16.08.020 Defined.
"Explosive" and "explosives" whenever used in this code include blasting caps or other detonating or fulminating caps or detonator or electric caps, gun powder, blasting powder, dynamite, and every other explosive substance having a power equal to or greater than that of ordinary black powder, but do not include the substances in the form of fixed ammunition for small arms.
