(a) A permit issued under the provisions of this section will be valid for a period consisting of two consecutive days. No person will be granted a permit to conduct more than two garage sales during any calendar year.
(b) Any person who has not conducted two garage sales during the preceding calendar year and who moves to a new residence where two garage sales have been conducted may be issued a permit for a garage sale to be held at the new residence location under the provisions of subsection (a) of this section.
(c) Any person who is acting in a representative capacity of a deceased person may be issued a permit to conduct a garage sale at the residence of the deceased. Issuance of such permit shall not limit the right of such person to obtain a garage sale permit in his or her individual capacity.
