9.116.020 Permit required.
No person shall conduct, cause, or permit to be conducted a garage sale without first obtaining a garage sale permit. The fee for such permit shall be in such amount as is set by resolution of the city council and which shall compensate the city for the actual costs of the permit processing and enforcement and the costs of administering this chapter.
