9.100.010 Urinating or defecating in public places.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no person shall urinate or defecate in any public place, or on any public property, or in any place within view of any other person who is annoyed or offended thereby. This section shall not apply to persons using any established and lawful toilet facilities, provided such use is authorized by the owner or other person in control of such facilities.
