9.85.050 Newsrack identification.
Every newsrack permittee shall permanently affix to each newsrack placed or maintained on or projecting over any portion of the street right-of-way: (1) the permittee's name, address, and phone number as required by Business and Professions Code Section 1757; and (2) the permittee's permit number.
