9.60.010 Failure to remedy deemed misdemeanor.
Any person, firm or corporation who owns or has the care or management of any real property and willfully permits any part of the property to become so unsightly as to detract from the appearance of the immediate neighborhood, and who fails to remedy the condition within thirty days from being ordered to do so by the city council upon recommendation of the city planning commission is guilty of a misdemeanor.
