It is unlawful for any person to do or perform any of the following:
(1) Sell, offer for sale, barter or give away in connection with any business, or the operation thereof, which is required to be licensed in the city under the provisions of the business license ordinance, as pets, toys, premiums, or novelties any baby chickens, ducklings, or other fowl under three weeks of age, or rabbits under two months of age; or
(2) Color dye, stain or otherwise change the natural color of the above described fowl or rabbits; or
(3) Bring or transport the aforesaid fowl or rabbits into the city.
