9.10.070 Other applicable laws.
   This chapter shall not be interpreted or construed to permit smoking where it is otherwise restricted by other applicable laws. Should a provision of state or federal law be more restrictive to the benefit of the nonsmoker, such state or federal law shall prevail over the provisions of this chapter.
