9.10.030 Prohibition of smoking in public recreational areas, and city facilities and city workplaces.
   Smoking is prohibited in and upon all public recreational areas, city facilities, and city workplaces. This prohibition shall not apply to smoking conducted for artistic purposes as part of a theatrical performance at the La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts.
