(a) All areas of any dairy wherein mosquitos and/or gnats might propagate or be harbored, including, but not limited to, cow yards, barns and sheds, shall be so cleaned, drained and/or sprayed with effective insecticides as often as deemed necessary by the health officer or his representative.
(b) Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, upon written notice by the health officer a dairyman shall abate the mosquito and/or gnats nuisance within twenty-four hours as specified in such notice.
