4.55.130 Inconsistency with Chapter 4.50 of this title.
Should any provision or provisions of this chapter be held, found or determined by a court of law to be inconsistent with any provision or provisions contained in Chapter 4.50 of this title, the provision or provisions of this chapter shall control and prevail.
