(a) No holder of an outcall dance service permit shall employ as an outcall dancer any person under eighteen years of age.
(b) No holder of an outcall dance service permit shall furnish or offer to furnish any outcall dancer to or accept employment from any patron, customer or person who is under eighteen years of age, except at the special instance and written request of a parent, guardian or other person in lawful custody of the person upon whose behalf the outcall dancer is engaged.
(c) No holder of an outcall dance service permit shall employ a person who does not possess a valid outcall dancer permit issued by the city.
