It is unlawful for any person to, or offer to, engage in, provide, furnish, conduct or carry on, in or upon any premises or real property located or situated within the city of La Mirada, the activities of an outcall dance service, unless there has been granted to such person a valid permit pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. If proposed to be located within the city, a separate permit shall be required for each location at which an outcall dance service is desired to be operated.
