4.15.010 Purpose and intent.
It is the purpose and intent of the city council, by the adoption of this chapter, that the operation of an escort bureau, as defined in this chapter, should be regulated for the protection of the public from the perils of fire, hazard to health, and for the preservation of the peace and welfare of the community.
