2.52.040 Vacancies.
If a vacancy occurs, other than by expiration of a term, it shall be filled by appointment by the mayor, with the approval of a majority of the city council, for the unexpired portion of the term. Further, all appointments to fill vacancies in the city planning commission shall be subject to the provisions of Section 2.52.020.
