2.48.020 Authority--Designation.
The ordinance codified in this chapter is adopted pursuant to and subject to the terms and provisions of the Community Redevelopment Law of the state, Division 24 of the Health and Safety Code of the state, commencing with Section 33000 of said code. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 33200 of the Health and Safety Code, the city council declares itself to be the redevelopment agency of the city.
