2.04.020 Council meetings.
The city council shall hold two regular meetings each calendar month, together with such study sessions of the city council as may be deemed appropriate. These meetings shall be held on the dates, times and in such locations as specified by the Council by resolution in accordance with California Government Code Section 36805.
