§ 11-103. Exemptions Unavailable.
No exemptions shall be available for owners of real estate who rent or lease any property to another person. The fact that the owner of real estate rents or leases any property for minimal or no rent to another person shall not exclude said owner from registering and/or filing the certified list required in this Section.
