§ 8-404. Boundary Disputes.
Should a dispute concerning any identified floodplain boundary arise, an initial determination shall be made by the Floodplain Administrator in consultation with the Township Engineer, and any party aggrieved by this decision or determination may appeal to the Lamar Township Zoning Hearing Board. The Lamar Township Zoning Hearing Board shall set a time and place, within not less than 10 nor more than 45 days, for the purpose of considering the appeal. Notice of the time and place at which the appeal will be considered shall be given to all parties. The burden of proof shall be on the appellant.
