Any persons, firms or corporation violating any of the provisions of this Part shall upon summary conviction before a District Magistrate be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $300 nor more than $500 plus the costs of prosecution and the default of payment thereof shall undergo imprisonment in the County jail for not more than 10 days.
