7-2-2: ZONES AND MAPS ESTABLISHED:

   A.   Districts: For the purpose of this chapter, Lake Marion is hereby divided into the following zones:

      1.   Slow minimum wake speed zone.

      2.   Speed zone. (Ord. 351, sec. 3, 9-6-1988)

   B.   Water Surface Use Zoning Map: Except as otherwise provided under subsection 7-2-3E of this chapter, the location and boundaries of zones set forth in subsection A of this section over Lake Marion are as shown on the map entitled "water surface use zoning map of Lake Marion", dated November 16, 1998, as shown in section 7-2-9 of this chapter.
