The Lake Villa building department, upon request, shall make the necessary inspection. There shall be charged an inspection fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00). If there are no life safety violations of the building code, a certificate of occupancy shall be issued. If there are life safety violations, a written list of such violations shall be provided to the owner. The owner can then request a reinspection after having such violations corrected. If more than two (2) inspections are necessary, there shall be an additional fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each additional inspection. There shall be no charge for the issuance of the certificate of occupancy. (Ord. 2001-2-1, 2-14-2001)
