This chapter shall apply to all dwelling units which are leased to a tenant and which are contained in buildings which consist of three (3) or less dwelling units. A certificate of occupancy shall be required prior to the tenant taking possession. A separate certificate of occupancy shall be required prior to each successive tenancy. (Ord. 99-7-1, 7-14-1999)
