In addition to all other remedies provided herein, the village shall have such other and further legal and equitable remedies as provided by law, including, but not limited to, an injunction to prohibit the violation of this chapter. In addition thereto, separate and apart from the service charges that are provided in this chapter, for each false alarm exceeding three (3) false alarms in a calendar year, each such false alarm shall constitute a violation of this chapter, and subject the owner of the premises to a penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code, separate and apart from, and in addition to, the service charges specified in section 6-5-2 of this chapter. In addition, the failure to pay any service charges specified in section 6-5-2 of this chapter within ten (10) days of written notice from the village shall constitute a separate violation of this chapter, and subject the owner of the premises to an additional penalty, pursuant to section 1-4-1 of this code.
