A. No vehicles subject to registration in Illinois as motor vehicles shall be operated on park property outside of parking lots or other designated areas.
B. The use of minibikes, ATVs, motor driven scooters, snowmobiles or other off road motorized vehicles on park property is prohibited.
C. Emergency and/or police vehicles, vehicles operated by any public utility, and vehicles used for park maintenance are exempt from this section.
D. There shall be no parking of vehicles within any village park when it is closed, except when approved as part of a special event by the village board. (Ord. 2015-03-03, 3-11-2015)
