No person shall perform or attempt to perform any of the following acts in any park in the village: light or make use of any fire in any village park, except at such places as may be designated by posted rules for that purpose, in which case, such fire shall be continuously under the care and direction of a competent person from the time it is kindled until it is completely extinguished.
