It shall be unlawful for any person in or on any park, beach, or pier of this village to break, or cause to be broken, glass of any kind or to leave the same in any such place that may be broken or to leave or cause to be left any tin, tin can, paper, paper bag, cloth, lunchbox, food or any other noxious, harmful or unsightly object except in especially provided receptacles for that purpose.
