A. Rules And Regulations: Each person who visits any village park shall abide by the provisions of this code, all other applicable ordinances of the village, and all posted rules and regulations.
B. Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any persons in or on any public park, walk, pier, beach or other public place of amusement in the village, to act in a loud or boisterous manner, to use profane or indecent language, to annoy person or persons lawfully there, to conduct any gambling game or games, to deface any bench, rail, walk, pier, plank, board, boat, car, sod, flower, grass, tree, shrub, bush, fence, post, or other property, public or otherwise that may be there or to make use of the same or to move or interfere in any way with the same except with the permission of the village board or of the private owner as the case may be.
C. Attire: No person shall appear on any beach or pier or in any park of this village except in conventional bathing costume of their sex, or in their regular conventional dress nor shall any person or persons disrobe or change clothes in any park, or on any walk, pier or beach of this village except in an especially provided bathhouse.
