Relative to the state rights of way for Milwaukee Avenue, Illinois Route 83, from the north corporate limits to the south corporate limits of the village of Lake Villa, and for Grand Avenue, Illinois Route 132, from the east corporate limits to the west corporate limits of the village of Lake Villa, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, or any other legal entity, to:
A. Discharge, or cause, permit, or allow any discharge of any sanitary sewage or industrial wastewater into any storm sewers or drainage facilities which are constructed as part of said rights of way as described above; or
B. Install, place, maintain, and/or construct, or cause, permit, or allow the installation, placement, maintenance, and/or construction of any encroachment upon or within any portion of said rights of way as described above. (Ord. 2010-10-01, 10-6-2010)
