5-1-8: TELEPHONE LINES; CONNECTIONS RESTRICTED:
It shall be unlawful for any person to connect or become attached to in any manner whatsoever any automatic telephone apparatus to any telephone lines being used by the village, and any person who violates this provision shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each violation. Each day that said apparatus remains on the telephone line of the village shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 72-4-1, 4-17-1972; amd. 1983 Code)
