5-1-7.1: PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY PROTECTED:
It shall be unlawful for any person to place any object, such as, but not limited to, a newspaper, thing, stone, garbage, offal, cigar or cigarette butt, boulder, landscape timber, or any other thing, on the public right of way unless a permit has been issued therefor by the village.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each violation. A separate offense shall be deemed to occur for each day a violation occurs or continues. "Person", for the purposes of this section, shall mean and include any individual, corporation, partnership, association, or any other legal entity. (Ord. 97-7-4, 7-30-1997)
