5-1-6: GASOLINE APPARATUS ON STREETS:
It shall be unlawful for any person owning or operating any oil or gasoline station or business in the village to locate or maintain any gasoline pump or other apparatus connected with said oil or gasoline station or business on either the traveled portion of any street in the village, or any of the parkways of said streets.
Any person constructing or maintaining any gasoline pump or apparatus contrary to the provisions herein is hereby declared guilty of the offense of harboring and maintaining a nuisance in the village, and upon conviction, shall be fined in a sum not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and each day that the said nuisance shall be allowed to exist after ten (10) days' notice in writing to move same shall be served on the person owning or operating same, shall be regarded as a separate offense.
