4-11-3: WAIVER BY BOARD:

The board of trustees of the village, or its designee, shall be and is hereby authorized to waive any or all fees or fines, or both, due under this chapter by established written policy or on an individual basis, when it determines the fairness and equity that warrant such waiver.
