A. Any certain property within the village of Lake Villa which becomes or remains a chronic nuisance property is in violation of this chapter and subject to its remedies.
B. Any responsible party, as defined herein, who permits property under his or her ownership, possession, and/or control to be a public nuisance property is in violation of this chapter and subject to its remedies. (Ord. 2015-08-03, 8-12-2015)
