For the purposes of this chapter, a "person" shall mean and include any individual, corporation, association, partnership, or any other legal entity. Any person violating any of the terms of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined a sum of not less than two hundred dollars ($200.00) per offense, nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) per offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed to have occurred on each day upon which a violation occurs or continues.
