The purpose of this chapter is to define and abate public nuisances to prevent detriment to the people of Lake Villa and to the property values within the village. The nuisances defined herein are detrimental to the safety, health and public welfare, and are deemed adverse to the conservation of property values. (Ord. 2013-05-02, 5-22-2013)
