3-20-3: VIDEO GAMING TERMINALS PERMITTED:
Notwithstanding anything contained in this Code to the contrary, video gaming terminals shall be permitted within the Village but only in compliance with this chapter and the Video Gaming Act. (Ord. 2012-08-02, 8-8-2012)
