3-20-1: DEFINITIONS:
The term "video gaming terminal" shall be as defined in the Illinois Video Gaming Act, 230 Illinois Compiled Statutes 40, as amended from time to time (the "Video Gaming Act"). (Ord. 2012-08-02, 8-8-2012)
