3-1-6: REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE:
The village clerk shall, upon receipt of the registration form from the owner of the business establishment, supply to that owner a registration certificate, which shall be prominently displayed at the premises of the business establishment. (Ord. 94-11-1, 11-9-1994)
